Air Fryer Parmesan Kale Chips
Oh, kale no…
These kale chips couldn’t be more simple or easy to make. They’re really one of my all time favorite snacks too. Other than being ridiculously cheap, they also end up being low calorie, vegetarian, gluten free, and keto friendly! The fun doesn’t stop there though, they’re also made with right at 5 ingredients. 5 whole simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand.
I used to be excited to see kale chips at the store, until I realized what they were charging for them. Excuse me? 8 bucks for a box of cheesy kale? No thanks! Kale started off as a bland green that was used to decorate buffets and salad bars. Now that it’s trendy, the prices have taken gotten out of control. So, I’ll make my own kale chips.

So back about a week ago when I was off on my ‘girls camping trip’ we all stopped by a local grocery store there. They happened to be handing out samples of some new ‘aloha turkey’ in the deli section which you KNOW I immediately fell in love with. I knew pretty much instantly that I was going to have to get my hands on some of that turkey once I got home and to make something fun with it.
There you go! That’s the inspiration behind this Hawaiian Lunchbox!…

Who doesn’t like a good BLT? Bacon makes just about everything better. Even breakfast! This Breakfast BLT Bowl is one of the quickest, easiest, and most delicious breakfasts that I’ve had in a while. Again, I’ve still got leftover eggs in my fridge (I’m down to just two now!) and I’m finding any excuse and way possible to use them up.
Being as I’m keeping things simple lately in the kitchen, and knowing how basic and easy a BLT is, I thought why not make a BLT into something for breakfast? And why stop there? Let’s turn it into a breakfast bowl at that!
