Ingredients
- 1 (16 Oz.) Can Artichoke Hearts
- 1 (16 Oz.) Can Black Olives
- 3 Ripe Medium Tomatoes
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1/4 C. Fresh Cilantro
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tbsp. Dried Basil
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Chop Chop: Shred or chop 1 (16 Oz.) Can Artichoke Hearts, 1 (16 Oz.) Can Black Olives, 3 Ripe Medium Tomatoes, 1/2 Red Onion, 1/4 C. Fresh Cilantro, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 Lime, 1 Tbsp. Dried Basil, and Salt & Pepper to Taste. (I used a 'slap chop' to do this.)
- Dip: Stir everything together and enjoy right away or store in the fridge until ready to enjoy for 3-5 days.
