Packed with flavor and a medley of textures, this salsa is perfect for gatherings, game day, or even just a cozy night in on the couch. Let’s dive into this deliciously unconventional recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 Oz.) Can Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 (16 Oz.) Can Black Olives
  • 3 Ripe Medium Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1/4 C. Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Lime, Juiced
  • 1 Tbsp. Dried Basil
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Chop Chop: Shred or chop 1 (16 Oz.) Can Artichoke Hearts, 1 (16 Oz.) Can Black Olives, 3 Ripe Medium Tomatoes, 1/2 Red Onion, 1/4 C. Fresh Cilantro, 2 Garlic Cloves, 1 Lime, 1 Tbsp. Dried Basil, and Salt & Pepper to Taste. (I used a 'slap chop' to do this.)
  2. Dip: Stir everything together and enjoy right away or store in the fridge until ready to enjoy for 3-5 days.
