Who says we can't put a healthy spin on this iconic dish? Enter the Italian Grinder'dilla—a cheesy tortilla delight that brings an explosion of flavors with a fraction of the carbs and calories.

Ingredients

  • 1 Low Carb (100 Calorie) Tortilla Wrap
  • 1 Slice Provolone Cheese
  • 4 Slices Salami
  • 10 Slices Turkey Pepperoni
  • 1/4 C. Sliced Peperoncinis
  • 2 Tbsp. Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Make It Hot: Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Layer Up: Lay out the 1 Low Carb (100 Calorie) Tortilla Wrap and top half of the tortilla with the 1 Slice Provolone Cheese, 4 Slices Salami, 10 Slices Turkey Pepperoni, 1/4 C. Sliced Peperoncinis, and 2 Tbsp. Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
  3. Melty Goodness: Fold the tortilla over and brown on both sides until cheese is melted.
