These Rice Cake S'mores make for a great snack OR dessert. I went with caramel rice cakes, but the chocolate ones would be good too! I also went back and forth between these mini marshmallows and the extra mini ones (because I used mini chocolate chips), but I decided on the standard minis to get that real s’more mouth feel.
Rice Cake S'mores
Ingredients
- 2 Caramel Rice Cakes
- 1/4 C. Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 C. Mini Marshmallows
- 1 Tsp. Graham Cracker Crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- One a baking sheet, set out the 2 Caramel Rice Cakes and top each with 2 Tbsp. Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 1/4 C. Mini Marshmallows, and 1/2 Tsp. Graham Cracker Crumbs.
- Place the baking sheet into the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the oven and enjoy right away!
