It’s true. You don’t need a campfire to make a s’more! You can make a s’more in the comfort of your home with the same basic ingredients and an air fryer. One of the best parts is that you can have several of them done at the same time with no fussing around with sticks! Being as s’mores only require a whopping three ingredients, there isn’t much to make better-for-you here outside of the chocolate and graham crackers.
I went with a low fat graham and you can definitely swap in some dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate here too. Outside of that? A s’more is a s’more.
Making s’mores in the air fryer is crazy easy and they turn out every bit as good as they would if made over a campfire. I was sure to use big old GIANT marshmallows because I like a lot of mallow with my s’more, but you an definitely go with the standard large marshmallows. Or do they call them jumbo? I’m not sure. Either way!
The hardest thing about making these s’mores is letting them sit so that the chocolate has a minute to melt with the heat off the marshmallow once they’re done cooking.
Air Fryer S'mores
Ingredients
- 2 Graham Crackers, Snapped in Half
- 1 Large Marshmallow, Halved
- 1 (1.55 Oz.) Chocolate Bar
Instructions
- Lightly coat the inside of the air fryer with non-stick spray.
- Place two halves of the graham crackers into the basket of the air fryer and place half of the marshmallow (sticky side down) onto each.
- Set the air fryer to 390 and cook for 5 minutes.
- Once done, carefully remove from the air fryer and top each with half of the chocolate bar and the other half of the graham cracker.
- Allow to sit for a minute to cool off and melt the chocolate slightly.
- Enjoy!
