- 1 (5.3 Oz.) Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Or Cheesecake flavor.)
- 1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Tsp. Sugar Free Cheesecake Flavored Instant Pudding Mix
- A Few Drops Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Banana, Sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Caramel
- 6 Vanilla Wafer Cookies
Instructions
- In a it's original container, mix together the 1 (5.3 Oz.) 1 (5.3 Oz.) Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Or Cheesecake flavor.), 1 Tbsp. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, 1 Tsp. Sugar Free Cheesecake Flavored Instant Pudding Mix, 1/2 Tsp. Maple Syrup, and A Few Drops Vanilla Extract until well blended.
- Place about one-third of the greek yogurt mixture into the bottom of a small ramekin. Layer with some Banana Slices, about 1/2 Tbsp. of the Caramel, and 3 Vanilla Wafer Cookies. Top with more greek yogurt, and layer all over again.
