Indulge in a decadently delightful dessert with these Red Velvet Air Fryer Lava Cakes! Bursting with rich chocolate flavor and a touch of classic red velvet, these mini cakes feature a gooey molten center that oozes with sweetness at the first forkful.
Made healthier without sacrificing taste, they come together in a snap in your air fryer, making them the perfect treat for date night or a cozy night in. Top with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or a dusting of powdered sugar, and you have yourself a guilt-free dessert that’s sure to impress. Who knew lava could be so light and luscious?
I drizzled mine with some chocolate sauce and a few chocolate chips just for some texture. These would also be really good with some ice cream or whipped cream too. These are best served warm and gooey, but they can definitely be cooked for a little less time and then reheated a bit before serving and they should still have gooey centers.
