Maple Mustard Air Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Grainy or Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 Tsp. Dried Rosemary
- 1 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Mix together the 3 Tbsp. Grainy or Dijon Mustard, 3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup, 1 Tsp. Dried Rosemary, and Salt & Pepper to taste in a medium bowl together.
- Place the 1 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast into a gallon ziplock bag and pound it out to be about 1/4-1/2" thick.
- Pour about half of the maple mustard mix into the bag, seal it again, and toss to coat the chicken evenly.
- Remove the chicken and transfer to the basket of the air fryer.
- Set to cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken over and continue to cook for another 10 minutes or until nearly to temperature.
- Flip once more back to the original side and cook for 5 minutes more or until cooked through.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer, cut in half, and serve right away with a drizzle of the remaining maple mustard sauce to enjoy!
