Made with rich pumpkin puree, fresh whipped cream, and a sprinkle of warm spices, it’s like a fluffy cloud of fall in every bite. Perfect as a light dessert or an indulgent snack, this Pumpkin Fluff is oh-so-easy to whip up and will have everyone falling head over heels.

I topped mine off with toffee bits and some more pumpkin pie spice, but some cinnamon, nutmeg, or cinnamon sugar would have also done well here! Chocolate chips, chopped nuts, chocolate drizzle, caramel, any of these things would be great optional toppings. Feel free to serve these as individual servings or as a dip for sweet chips or cookies!

This delightfully creamy dessert is a guilt-free twist on a seasonal classic. Made with rich pumpkin puree, fresh whipped cream, and a sprinkle of warm spices, it’s like a fluffy cloud of fall in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 15 Oz. Can Pumpkin Puree
  • 3.4 Oz. Box Instant Vanilla Pudding, (Powder Only)
  • 1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Optional: Toffee Bits, Chopped Nuts, Chocolate, Etc.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the 1 C. Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar, and 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract until stiff peaks form, about 1 minute.
  2. Fold in the 15 Oz. Can Pumpkin Puree, 3 Oz. Box Instant Vanilla Pudding, and 1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice.
  3. Scoop the mixture into a large plastic storage bag, cut off a small corner, and pipe into tumbler glasses. (Alternatively, you can simply transfer the mixture to a bowl and serve as a dip.)
  4. Chill for 2 hours.
  5. Garnish with Toffee Bits, Chopped Nuts, Chocolate, or other if desired.
