Monte Cristo Strata
Ingredients
- 6 Whole Large Eggs
- 1 1/4 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Pepper
- 10 Oz. Maple Turkey Breast, Cubed (Deli Meat)
- 2 C. Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 7 C. Cubed Old/Stale Bread
- Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat the inside of an 8x8" or 9x9" baking dish with non-stick spray; set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 6 Whole Large Eggs, 1 1/4 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1/4 Tsp. Salt, and 1/4 Tsp. Pepper.
- Add in the 10 Oz. Maple Turkey Breast, Cubed (Deli Meat) and 2 C. Shredded Swiss Cheese.
- Carefully fold in the 7 C. Cubed Old/Stale Bread until coated evenly with the egg mixture.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish and cover with foil.
- Place the dish into the oven to bake for about 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue to bake for another 15 minutes or until the strata is cooked through and the edges are turning golden brown.
- Once done, remove from the oven and cool slightly before cutting into 9 pieces.
- Tip with fresh parsley and/or raspberry reverse and enjoy right away!
