Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- 1 Large Russet Potato, Boiled & Peeled
- 1 Lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/2 Medium White Onion
- 1 Whole Large Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt-Free Seasoning of Choice
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Place 1 Large Russet Potato, 1 Lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 1/2 Medium White Onion, 1 Whole Large Egg, 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch, 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder, 1/2 Tsp. Salt-Free Seasoning of Choice, and Salt & Pepper into a blender or food processor and puree down.
- Lightly coat the inside of the air fryer basket with non-stick spray and scoop out about 2 Tbsp. of the chicken mixture to lightly shape into a nugget. Place in the prepared air fryer basket. Fill the basket as much as you can in a single layer.
- Set the air fryer to 300 degrees F. and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Carefully flip the nuggets over and cook for another 5-10 minutes or until golden browned and cooked though to temperature.
- Once done, remove from the basket and rinse and repeat with any remaining chicken mixture until it's all used up.
- Divide evenly and enjoy right away!
