Crescent Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
- 8 Oz. Deli Turkey, Chopped
- 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Shredded Gouda
- 4 Oz. Neufchatel Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/8 Tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 (8 Oz.) Tube Reduced Fat Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
- 3 Whole Large Eggs
- 3/4 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Poppy Seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat an 8x8" or 9x9" baking dish with non-stick spray; set aside.
- Place the 8 Oz. Deli Turkey, 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 C. + 2 Tbsp. Shredded Gouda, 4 Oz. Neufchatel Cream Cheese, 1 1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard, 1 1/2 Tsp. Worcestershire, 1 1/2 Tsp. Brown Sugar, and 1/8 Tsp. Onion Powder into a bowl and stir together until well combined; set aside as well.
- Set out the Reduced Fat Refrigerated Crescent Rolls and divide the turkey and cheese mixture evenly among them. Spread the mixture over the crescent and then roll it up.
- Place each into the prepared baking dish; set aside.
- In the same bowl you mixed the turkey and cheese in, beat together the 3 Whole Large Eggs and 3/4 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk.
- Pour the egg mixture in the dish with the crescents and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Place the dish into the oven to bake for about 30 minutes or until the egg is set.
- Once done, remove from the oven and slice to enjoy right away.
