Ingredients

  • 1 Celery Stalk, Cut
  • 2 Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Medium Carrot, Cut
  • 1 Mini Bell Pepper, Cut & Seeded
  • 1 Heart of Palm
  • 1 Dill Pickle
  • 1/2 Medium Sized Apple
  • 1/4 C. Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Cooked Chicken & Apple Sausage
  • 1 Whole Large Egg, Hard or Soft Boiled
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • Optional: Seasoning for the egg.

Instructions

  1. Place everything out onto a large plate or serving board with the 1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard over the 1/4 C. Cottage Cheese along with the black pepper.
  2. Enjoy right away or store in meal prep containers for an easy grab-and-go lunch!
