Tater Tots & Gravy
Ingredients
- 14 Oz. Frozen Tater Tots
- 1/4 Lb. Turkey Ground Breakfast Sausage
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 Tsp. Hot Sh!t Seasoning
- 1 1/2 C. Fat Free Milk
- 4 Whole Large Eggs
- 1/2 C. Shredded Reduced Fat Cheese
Instructions
- Cook the 14 Oz. Frozen Tater Tots according to package directions.
- While the tots are cooking, brown the 1/4 Lb. Turkey Ground Breakfast Sausage in a medium pot over medium-high heat until cooked through.
- When the sausage is cooked, add in the 2 1/2 Tbsp. Butter to melt.
- Whisk in the 3 1/2 Tbsp. Flour and 1/4 Tsp. Hot Sh!t Seasoning, allow to cook for a minute.
- Slowly whisk in the 1 1/2 C. Fat Free Milk and bring it all to a simmer. Allow the mixture to cook for 3-5 minutes or until thickened.
- Once done, remove from the heat and cook your eggs to your liking.
- When the tots are done, divide them evenly among plates and top each with about 1/2 C. of the gravy, 2 Tbsp. of the Shredded Reduced Fat Cheese, an egg, and any other toppings you might desire.
- Enjoy right away!
