Fruit Cocktail Cake (3 Ingredient)
Ingredients
- 1 (15.25 Oz.) Box Butter Cake Mix
- 1 (15 Oz.) Can Fruit Cocktail (In 100% Juice)
- 3 Whole Large Eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat the inside off a baking pan with non-stick baking spray; set aside.
- In the base of a stand mixer, fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together the 15.25 Oz. Box Butter Cake Mix, 15 Oz.) Can Fruit Cocktail, and 3 Whole Large Eggs.
- Pour the batter out into the prepared baking pan. (I used a bundt pan but a 13x9" or two 8x8" or 9x9" baking pans would work too!)
- Place the pan into the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the edges are starting to brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly (about 10 minutes.)
- Turn out onto a serving plate (if using a bundt pan) and slice to serve and enjoy!
