Easy Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Bake
Ingredients
- 2 (17.5 Oz.) Tubes of Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 C. Cream
- 2 C. Pumpkin Puree
- 3/4 C. Brown Sugar Stevia Blend
- 1 Stick (1/2 C.) Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat a 13x9" baking dish with non-stick baking spray.
- Set the 2 (17.5 Oz.) Tubes of Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls into a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the 1 C. Cream in around the cinnamon rolls; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the 2 C. Pumpkin Puree, 3/4 C. Brown Sugar Stevia Blend, 1 Stick Melted Butter,, 1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon, 1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract, and 1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture out over the cinnamon rolls.
