Spinach Stuffed Shells
Ingredients
- 24 Oz. Spaghetti Sauce
- 10 Oz. Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed & Squeezed
- 1/2 C. Fat Free Ricotta
- 1/3 C. Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
- 1/8 Tsp. Nutmeg
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 12 Jumbo Pasta Shells, Cooked
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and spread about 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the 10 Oz. Frozen Chopped Spinach, 1/2 C. Fat Free Ricotta, 1/3 C. Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella, 1 Garlic Clove, Fresh Basil Leaves, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, 1/8 Tsp. Nutmeg, and Salt & Pepper to Taste.
- Stuff each shell with the spinach mixture.
- Place the stuffed shells into the sauce and add the remaining sauce to the dish.
- Cover with foil and place in the oven to bake for about 30 minutes or until hot and the sauce is bubbling.
- Once done, remove from the oven and enjoy right away!
