Craving pizza but tired of the same old thing? Try this Pizza Monkey Bread! It’s a fun and easy savory twist on monkey bread that turns pizza into a bite sized dipper that the whole family is sure to love. One of the best parts is that it’s a great way to mix things up on pizza night to have something for everyone without having to make or bake several different kinds of pizza.
I did mine with half having some olives and mushrooms while the other half was chopped up turkey pepperoni and mushroom. So everyone got something they wanted. It’s great for family game night or for kiddos at a sleepover once that becomes a thing again!
Being as it’s monkey bread, there’s not a whole lot you can do here to lighten this pizza up. I did add in some veggies and turkey pepperoni, so feel free to add in your own family favorites. I also used cut up mozzarella string cheese to lower the calories a bit too. Every little bit helps!
As for the Italian seasoning, I went with half basil and half oregano to keep it simple for the kid. But you can use whichever happen to be your faves.
