Yep! Pizza in the form of a pot pie. Turned upside down into a delicious individual bowl of pizza goodness. This pizza pot pie makes it’s very own pizza crust bread bowl that is perfect for a single serving of cheesy sauce ‘deep dish’ style pizza!
The best part is that you can alter each individual pizza to have your own favorite toppings. I left the main part of these as ‘cheese pizza’ so that you can customize and add your other pizza topping favorites. I added pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, and jalapeños to mine.
I served my Individual Pizza Pot Pies with a small Italian side salad and called it done. These pot pies are super easy to make too, only taking about 5-10 minutes to put together and then toss in the oven. They’re well worth it too. I’m pretty sure that everyones favorite part was getting what they wanted on theirs, since that isn’t always the case with pizza!
You can make your own pizza crust dough or take the easy route like I did and nab some frozen ready-to-go dough.
