Try it out and experience a whole new dimension of pizza night!
I decided to make a Valentine’s day pizza with this Pink Beet Pizza Dough, mixing some beet puree with an alfredo sauce and then topping that off with cheese and some heart shaped beet cut outs! This was a really tasty and pretty Valentine treat. Even my picky 13 kiddo scarfed on the pizza and didn’t complain once about any overpowering beet taste.
I used beets that I roasted and pureed myself, but canned beets would probably work just as well for the coloring of the dough here.
