Individual No Bake Cheesecakes
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 Tsp. Natural Sweetener (Stevia, Monk, Etc.)
- 1 (5.3 Oz. Container) Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Jell-O Zero Sugar Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix
- Optional Toppings: Pie filling of choice, fresh fruit, chocolate, etc.
Instructions
- Place the 1 Tbsp. Graham Cracker Crumbs and 1/2 Tsp. Natural Sweetener into the bottom of a small bowl.
- Open the container of Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt and add in the 1 Tbsp. Jell-O Zero Sugar Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix. Stir to combine. The mixture will be thick.
- Transfer the mixture to the bowl over the graham cracker mix and smooth it out on top.
- Top with any desired fruit or other favorite cheesecake topping and enjoy!
