• 6 Tbsp. Softened Butter
• 1/4 C. Brown Sugar/Sweetener Blend
• 1/4 C. Sugar
• 1/4 C. Natural Sweetener
• 1 Egg, Room Temperature
• 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 C. Flour
• 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
• 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
• 1/2 Tsp. Salt
• 1 C. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat the inside of a 10” skillet with non-stick baking spray; set aside.
Beat together the 6 Tbsp. butter, 1/4 C. brown sugar blend, 1/4 C. sugar, and 1/4 C. natural sweetener.
Add in the 1 egg and 2 Tsp. vanilla; continue to beat until well combined.
Stir in the 1 C. flour, 1 Tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 Tsp. baking soda, and 1/2 Tsp. salt until just combined.
Fold in the 1 C. chocolate chips.
Spoon the dough out into the prepared skillet and smooth to flatten into a thin cookie layer.
Place in the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes or until the edges are browning and the center is set.
Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before cutting into 8 pieces to enjoy right away!
