New Year resolutions can be tricky and difficult to stick to. It seems like it’s about this time when we all start to taper off and give in. If you’re anything like me, my New Year resolutions are always centered around food. Food is life, after all. Even being as I’m more of a health conscious person, I always, always, ALWAYS strive to do better and eat better. That’s where these Overnight Oats fit in.
As I said, one of my resolutions this year was to eat more simply. Food can get complicated and I want to take the time to slow down, reel it in, and enjoy food for what it is. Yep! I left my resolution pretty vague and open. That’s one of the tricks to sticking to these resolutions!

I started these Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats with Greek Gods® Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt. It’s 7 live and active cultures and NO artificial flavors or preservatives! With that, there’s plenty of oats, blueberries, and spices to really give you that warmth of a ‘blueberry muffin’.

• 1 C. Old-Fashioned 'Rolled' Oats
• 1 C. Reduced Fat Milk
• 1 C. Greek Gods® Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt
• 1/4 C. Fresh Blueberries
• 1 Tbsp. Raw Honey
• 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Directions:
Combine everything together in a medium bowl and stir well.
Divide the oat mixture evenly among four small containers with lids.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
Once done, enjoy cold or warm!
Keep cold in the fridge for storage. Make ahead and enjoy for up to 3-5 days!
