I realized that it had been a hot minute since I made any sort of unicorn inspired recipe, so… I had to fix that today. When I said I was going to keep things fun and bright during Spring Break here, I wasn’t kidding! This Rainbow Unicorn Swiss Roll is as delicious as it is pretty.

While I’m not big on sweets anymore, if I’m going to have sweets, I want them in the morning usually. And what’s better as a sweet in the morning than a pastry? And at that… a danish? Air Fryer Fried Pickles

Fried pickles… need I say more? One of my favorite things to enjoy at the local theater is their fried pickles. Nice sized spears that are perfectly crisp on the outside and hot as hell and juice on the inside. Perfect for dipping into some ranch on the side while watching a movie.

Whole Wheat Bread Machine Breadsticks

Back when I first got my original bread machine, one of my favorite things to make with it was homemade breadsticks. They always turned out pretty damn great. Light, fluffy, and delicious. Way better than the pre-made dough you can get at the store in a can. Then again, almost anything homemade is better than pre-packaged.

These Whole Wheat Bread Machine Breadsticks are super simple to make and takes very little in the way of ‘hands on’ time. The bread machine does the lot of the work. All you have to do is roll the dough out and bake. Easy enough though, right?…
