Need a quick and easy dinner idea? This 'Lazy Lasagna' or Baked Ravioli is just about as easy as dinner comes. With just three, yes count them THREE, ingredients in the entire dish and all of 5 minutes of hands on time, this dinner is not only easy, it’s a family favorite!
Right now, in the world we’re all living in, it’s best to just keep things simple and return to our roots when it comes to food. That’s why I’ve been busy baking and making so many things from scratch or even finding clever ways to use up pantry and fridge staples.
Technically this is Baked Ravioli, but since it’s baked in sauce instead of boiled in water ahead of time, I’m dubbing this as a lazy lasagna. You get all the same things you would in a lasagna, but in the most quick and easy format possible.
The only layering here is between the sauce, noodles, and cheese. It bakes to perfection in just about 30 minutes and will be gobbled up. It doesn’t get more simple than that!
If you really want to get fancy, try to make your own sauce.

• 24 Oz. Jar Spaghetti Sauce
• 20 Oz. Cheese & Spinach Ravioli
• 8 Oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. and pour about half the 24 Oz. jar of spaghetti sauce into the base of a 13x9” baking dish.
Layer the 20 oz. ravioli (or whatever stuffed pasta you choose) over the sauce. jar of spaghetti sauce into the base of a 13x9” baking dish.
Top the pasta with the remaining spaghetti sauce and the 8 Oz. shredded mozzarella. jar of spaghetti sauce into the base of a 13x9” baking dish.
Cover with foil and place in the oven to bake for about 30 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling and hot. jar of spaghetti sauce into the base of a 13x9” baking dish.
Once done, remove from the oven and divide evenly among bowls or plates to enjoy right away!
