Dill Pickle Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 2 C. Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 C. Diced Dill Pickles
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Green Onions
- 4 Oz. Neufchatel Cream Cheese
- 1/4 C. Light Mayonnaise
- 2 Tsp. Dill Pickle Juice
- 1/4 Tsp. Dried Dill
- 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/8 Tsp. Salt
- 1/8 Tsp. Pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together the 2 C. Shredded Chicken, 1/2 C. Diced Dill Pickles, 2 Tbsp. Chopped Green Onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the 4 Oz. Neufchatel Cream Cheese, 1/4 C. Light Mayonnaise, 2 Tsp. Dill Pickle Juice, 1/4 Tsp. Dried Dill, 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder, 1/8 Tsp. Salt, and 1/8 Tsp. Pepper until well combined.
- Add the cream cheese mixture to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Enjoy right away or cover and seal in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
