Burger Smash Tacos
Ingredients
- 8 Small Keto Friendly Tortillas (30 Cal. Each)
- 1/2 Lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 8 Slices Fat Free American Cheese
- 1/2 C. Sliced Dill Pickles
- 2 C. Chopped Lettuce
- 1/2 C. Light Mayonnaise
- 1/4 C. Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Dill Relish
- 1/2 Tsp. Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Mix together the 1/2 C. Mayonnaise, 1/4 C. Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt, 2 Tbsp. Ketchup, 1 Tbsp. Dill Relish, 1/2 Tsp. Vinegar, and Salt & Pepper to Taste. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and divide the meat evenly among the tortillas. Press the meat into one side of the tortilla into a thin even later.
- Once the skillet is hot, lightly coat it with nonstick spray and place it meat side down to cook to brown. (Mine took about 5 minutes.)
- When done, carefully flip to brown the outside.
- While browning, top the cooked beef with 1 Slice Fat Free American Cheese, 1 Tbsp. Sliced Dill Pickles, and 1/4 C. Chopped Lettuce.
- Drizzle with some of the 'secret sauce'.
- Remove from the heat and fold to enjoy right away!
- Rinse and repeat for the remaining tacos.
