- 1 C. Broccoli, Cut into small pieces.
- 1 C. Chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 C. Shredded Carrots
- 1/2 C. Canned Chickpeas, Drained & Rinsed
- 1/2 C. Shelled Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 C. Almonds
- 1/2 C. Raisins or Dried Cranberries
- 1/3 C. Diced Onion
- 1/2 C. Tahini
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tsp. Cumin
- 1 Tsp. Curry Powder
- 1 Tsp. Turmeric
- 1 Tsp. Salt
Instructions
- Place the 1 C. Broccoli, 1 C. Cilantro, 1/2 C. Shredded Carrots, 1/2 C. Canned Chickpeas, 1/2 C. Shelled Sunflower Seeds, 1/2 C. Almonds, 1/2 C. Raisins or Dried Cranberries, and 1/3 C. Diced Onion into a large bowl.
- Toss it all together.
