Okay, so I’ve been trying to circulate this Everything Chicken here for a few months now. For whatever reason the day, time, lighting, etc has never lined up to allow me to do so. Today, I set myself a goal specifically to make this chicken and get this recipe in your hot little hands. Finally.
This Everything Chicken & Green Onion Cream Cheese Sauce is to-die-for. It’s one of the most simple chicken recipes to make, looks high end, and tastes absolutely amazing. Everyone who has tried it, has loved it. So much so, that it’s basically in the standard rotation here at my house.
Like I said, this recipe is crazy simple. The chicken is cut into tender ‘strips’ and rolled around in that famous ‘everything seasoning’ before being baked. While it’s being baked, whip up that Green Onion Cream Cheese Sauce that’s lightened up with a reduced fat cream cheese and almond milk. The chicken is delicious sand the sauce is too! DON’T. SKIP. THE. SAUCE.
The sauce is greatly needed here with this chicken to cut through the salt of the ‘everything seasoning’ with some richness. Plus, that sauce is really damn good.
I like to serve our Everything Chicken & Green Onion Cream Cheese Sauce with steamed broccoli and rice on the side!

Chicken:
• 2 Lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cut into Tenders or 'Strips'
• 1/4 C. Everything Seasoning
• Salt & Pepper to Taste
Cream Cheese Sauce:
• 1/4 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
• 4 Oz. Room Temperature Neufchâtel 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
• 6 Tbsp. Chopped Green Onion
• 1 Tbsp. Room Temperature Butter
• 1 Tsp. Everything Seasoning
• Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. and lightly coat the inside of a baking dish with non-stick spray; set aside.
Place the 1/4 C. everything seasoning into a shallow dish.
Press the 2 Lb. chicken tenders into the everything to coat each piece evenly.
Set the chicken into the prepared baking dish and place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked to temperature (165 degrees F.)
While the chicken is baking, Stir together the 1/4 C. milk, 4 Oz. cream cheese, 6 Tbsp. green onion, 1 Tbsp. butter, and 1 Tsp. everything seasoning until smooth and creamy. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Once the chicken is done, divide the chicken evenly among plates and top with a drizzle of the cream cheese sauce.
Serve right away and enjoy!
