Not only is this an easy toast, it’s also surprisingly filling. I ended up using some of my homemade bread, but any bread of choice will work here. There’s also a few different brands of chili garlic crunch that you can get your hands on. It’s just a matter of which one is your favorite. I’ve tried a few now, and I can honestly say that I enjoy them all fairly equally!

- 1 Slice Bread, Toasted
- 1/4 C. Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tsp. Chili Garlic Crunch
- Drizzle of Honey
- Coarse Sea Salt

- Set the 1 Slice of toasted bread out and top it with the 1/4 C. Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 1 Tsp. Chili Garlic Crunch, a Drizzle of Honey, and some Coarse Salt Flakes.
