Cheddar Ranch Quick Bread
Ingredients
- 2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 3 1/3 C. All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Envelopes Dry Ranch Seasoning
- 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 C. Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and lightly coat a 8x4 or 9x5" loaf pan with non-stick baking spray.
- Place the 2 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk and 2 Tbsp. Vinegar into a small bowl together and set aside while you get the rest of the ingredients together.
- Place the 3 1/3 C. All-Purpose Flour, 1 Envelope Dry Ranch Mix, 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda, and 1 C. Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese into a large mixing bowl.
- Add in the milk mixture and stir until the flour is incorporated.
- If the dough is too wet, add a bit more flour until the desired dough consistency is made.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and place it into the oven to bake for about an hour.
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to continue cooling.
