It's no secret that I'm very fond of turkey burgers, and this is just one of my many favorites. Juicy, full of veggies and packed with flavor.
This burger is a play on a greek style salad; loaded with feta cheese, kalamata olives, red onions, carrots and yes... even some pepperoncinis.
There it is. Full of the good stuff.
I cooked these on my handy counter top grill and topped them off with some skinny greek feta sauce and a few tomato slices. All piled on a whole wheat 100 calorie bun. To. Die. For.
The mixed flavors of these burgers and that sauce are nothing short of amazing.
