It’s cold and windy outside and I just want to curl up and be lazy. So, we’re having a super easy and lazy dinner tonight. It really doesn’t get more simple than this Spinach & Ravioli Bake with just 4 ingredients and hardly any hands on time! All you need for this one pan dinner is spaghetti sauce, ravioli, spinach, and cheese.
This recipe is also easily doubled for a larger family or group of people. And guess what? Even when you double it - it’s the same amount of easy peasy cheesy!
There isn’t much to do to make this ravioli any better-for-you other than to swap out the mozzarella for a reduced fat one. Which is exactly what I did. Other than that, I did keep this dish vegetarian, but if you like your ravioli to be stuffed with meat instead, then you can totally go that route too.
As far as the sauce goes, if you have a favorite or prefer to make your own - go for it! Since the sauce is one of only 4 ingredients, you’ll want to be sure it’s one that you really enjoy because there’s not much else going on here to up the sauce game.

Spinach & Ravioli Bake
Ingredients
- 12 Oz. Spaghetti Sauce
- 9 Oz. Ravioli
- 10 Oz. Frozen Spinach, Thawed & Squeezed Dry
- 1 C. Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and lightly coat the inside of a 9x9" or 8x8" baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Spread about 3/4 C. of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Arrange the ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
- Top with the spinach.
- Add the remaining sauce, sprinkle the cheese over the top, cover with foil, and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted.
- Once done, remove from the oven and enjoy right away!
