Once again I find myself wanting something I’m not willing to turn the oven on for, so I decided to try my hand at making cookies in the air fryer. Can it be done? As it turns out - it totally can! But I decided I would make one BIG cookie instead of several little ones. Mostly for ease since I have a perfectly sized push pan that fits into the basket of my air fryer just barely.

It’s H.O.T. Hot. It’s the long stretch here at the end of Summer and I can’t wait to get to the other end of it when we hopefully roll into the cooler weather of Fall. Air Fryer Pizza Taquitos

It’s the end of Summer and it’s H.O.T. HOT. I think the heat of the Summer has hit just about everyone this year. It’s been a doozy. That being said, I’m in kitchen cool down mode and trying to use my stove and oven as little as humanly possibly. So, that means it’s time to bust out the air fryer and the pressure cooker more! These are super easy to make and require very few ingredients. Plus, they only take a few minutes to cook up in the air fryer.

They come out perfectly crisp and cheesy and ready for dipping into your favorite pizza sauce. These are great all on their own as a snack or appetizer, but they’re also good on their own as a sub in for pizza night when served along with a side salad!…

Homemade pizza rolls? Uhm, yes please! When I was a kid, one of my favorite things was pizza rolls. I mean, who doesn’t like little popable bites of pizza goodness? With deciding to have a ‘snack’ food dinner this week, I thought I’d try my hand at making some pizza rolls in the air-fryer. Not just any pizza rolls though, homemade ones!

These Air-Fryer Homemade Pizza Rolls are DELISH and even better than their frozen pre-made brethren. And the best part is that you get to decide what goes into them. Baked Buratta

Let me tell you guys something. I love cheese. It is my weakness. Not ice cream, or cookies, or cake - but cheese. Glorious cheese in just about any form. Sharp, sliced, shredded, fresh, soft, hard, crumbled. Any of it. All of it. I haven’t met a cheese that I don’t like, and I’ve never tried buratta before even though I’ve always wanted to.

Buratta is a pretty cool cheese. It’s basically a creamy spreadable cheese tucked away inside a skin of fresh mozzarella. So when you cut into it, the creamy cheese oozes out and it’s so so good. Rainbow Soda Cake

Another continuation of rainbow inspired eats and treats geared towards PRIDE month! This fun and vibrant rainbow cake is made with literally just a handful of ingredients and fairly little hands on time. This cake uses one of the oldest tricks in the book as far as cake mixes go, and that’s simply using sparkling soda with the mix and nothing more!
