One of the best parts is that it’s a great way to mix things up on pizza night to have something for everyone without having to make or bake several different kinds of pizza.

I did mine with half having some olives and mushrooms while the other half was chopped up turkey pepperoni and mushroom. So everyone got something they wanted. It’s great for family game night or for kiddos at a sleepover once that becomes a thing again!..

There is just ONE month left to school and then my kiddo is out for summer. And what says summer more than some S’mores?! This S’mores inspired monkey bread has all the delicious flavors of a S’more baked right in. that’s right this S'mores Monkey Bread has grahams, chocolate, AND marshmallow goodness all up in it.

One of the best parts, is that this monkey bread is quick and easy to make and it’s one of those things that both kids AND adults can enjoy. The dough here is tossed in a graham/sweetener mixture and then piled into a bundt pan with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Perfect for weekend breakfast or brunch!…

Blondies + Maple Cream Cheese Sauce

It was my brother’s birthday celebration this past weekend, and it sure was a lot different from how it was last year for sooo many reasons. Thankfully vaccinations are in place and we got to celebrate together once again! In lieu of a cake though, my brother wanted blondies this year which I am totally down for! Don’t get me wrong, I love cake as much as the next girl, but there’s something to be said about a good blondie.

These blondies are my healthified take on the ones that you’ll find at one of those chain restaurants. It was always my most favorite dessert there. What with the warm blondie with white chocolate chips, some vanilla ice cream, and that AMAZING maple cream cheese sauce on top. Mmmm…

There is only ONE more month of school left here and it is busier than ever! What does that mean? Easy cheesy weeknight meals are where it’s at! That’s where this Cheesesteak Macaroni Casserole comes in. Not only is this casserole easy AND cheesy, it’s also one that you could make ahead of time and then toss in the oven for the final step when it’s time for dinner!

So what makes this casserole ‘cheesesteak’ anyway? Well, that would be the beef, onion, and bell pepper in there. Yep. It’s at simple as that when it comes to this dish. Plus, it’s made with just a handful of ingredients which are mostly household kitchen staples anyway…

The weather here in Texas has been pretty amazing lately. Despite all the allergens and pollen in the air right now, the temperature is perfection. Everything is alive, plush, green, and coming back to life after a rather harsh winter. Whenever the weather starts to turn this amazing, I always start thinking about camping, even though I’m not the best camper.
