Craving pizza but tired of the same old thing? Try this Pizza Monkey Bread! It’s a fun and easy savory twist on monkey bread that turns pizza into a bite sized dipper that the whole family is sure to love. One of the best parts is that it’s a great way to mix things up on pizza night to have something for everyone without having to make or bake several different kinds of pizza.

I did mine with half having some olives and mushrooms while the other half was chopped up turkey pepperoni and mushroom. So everyone got something they wanted. It’s great for family game night or for kiddos at a sleepover once that becomes a thing again!..

That’s where this Cheesesteak Macaroni Casserole comes in. Not only is this casserole easy AND cheesy, it’s also one that you could make ahead of time and then toss in the oven for the final step when it’s time for dinner!

Easy to make shredded buffalo chicken that’s stuffed into potato skins and topped off with cheddar and blue cheese. Can’t go wrong there. This is a super simple and versatile dish that could be anything from an appetizer to part of a meal. I should say too that I used the BIGGEST russet potatoes for this that I could find. My daughter’s birthday is literally just around the corner. I can’t believe I’m about to have an 11 year old. Even so, I’m doing my very best to take this birthday extra special since, well, times are still rather strange in the world. Skillet Monster Cookie

Look, I don’t know. I’ve just been on a cookie binge lately I guess. But, I wanted something a little more ever green today than my Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies from last week.
