I hear jingle bells starting to ring off in the distance! I for one, am not going to be on Santa's naughty list this year though. This Skinny Sugar Cookie Cheesecake Dip is as nice as can be with just a handful of simple ingredients and the most amazing frosted sugar cookie taste you'll find in anything other than the real deal. Sprinkles included!
Yep! That's right, Santa. You can enjoy this tasty sweet treat and still be able to fit back up the chimney at the end of the night. *Wink, Wink.* This dip is perfect for setting the mood for the holidays, which for me are always full of warm and happy memories. I love how whimsical and fun while this dip is, while also being a light and a welcome addition to any table. Plus, no one will ever guess that it's been lightened up, because it just tastes that good!
Ya'll I can't even believe that it didn't quite hit 70 degrees here in Austin Texas today. Yippie! Our 80 degree November has seem to come to a quick and sudden end. I think the heat got lazy with the time change. Not me though! I got my morning started off right with some International Delight® Sugar Cookie Coffee Creamer in my coffee. It made my morning cup of coffee perfect for getting inspired for the quickly coming holiday season.
It never fails. Every year these seasonal International Delight creamers inspire me and I end up making a handful of holiday inspired recipes. They always end up being favorites among everyone, and it's easy to tell why. This Skinny Sugar Cookie Cheesecake Dip is no exception. With frosted sugar cookies on the brain from my morning cup of joe, I went to work on creating this sweet dessert dip that is sure to impress and get everyone in the mood for the holidays.
In fact, there is an International Delight in-store demo taking place at select Walmart stores over the Thanksgiving weekend, so be sure to keep a look out for those. In the meantime, the video above for International Delight Pumpkin Pie Spice Frappé is gold.
I served my Skinny Sugar Cookie Cheesecake Dip along with some locally made vanilla wafers and sliced fresh strawberries, but really you could enjoy it with whatever your favorite dippers might be.
Be sure to use 'jimmies' style sprinkles (not nonpareils) in this recipe to keep from muddling the color of the dip when you make it. Oh, and those super sweet and adorable holly and berry sprinkle candies? Find them in the holiday 'seasonal' section and/or the baking section at Walmart!
