There is just ONE month left to school and then my kiddo is out for summer. And what says summer more than some S’mores?! This S’mores inspired monkey bread has all the delicious flavors of a S’more baked right in. that’s right this S'mores Monkey Bread has grahams, chocolate, AND marshmallow goodness all up in it.

One of the best parts, is that this monkey bread is quick and easy to make and it’s one of those things that both kids AND adults can enjoy. The dough here is tossed in a graham/sweetener mixture and then piled into a bundt pan with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Perfect for weekend breakfast or brunch!…

The weather here in Texas has been pretty amazing lately. Despite all the allergens and pollen in the air right now, the temperature is perfection. Everything is alive, plush, green, and coming back to life after a rather harsh winter. Whenever the weather starts to turn this amazing, I always start thinking about camping, even though I’m not the best camper.

Fresh Strawberry Bundt Cake

This Fresh Strawberry Bundt Cake takes the cake. Seriously! This cake is DELICIOUS if I do say so myself. It is jam packed FULL of yummy strawberry flavor and nothing about it is artificial or out of a box, which makes it EVEN BETTER.

It’s Spring and for me that means it’s time to play around with all things lemon and poppy seed. This Lemon Poppy Seed Chicken Salad is a fun twist on a classic chicken salad. That’s chicken salad, not chicken in a salad. Most of the time when you think of lemon and poppy seed, you think of sweet treats. But, not today!

This chicken salad is savory through and through. The bright pop of lemon and the bit of crunch from the poppy seeds really makes this a chicken salad to remember. So, this is probably one of the best desserts in the world. With two of my favorites desserts combined together into one ultimate dessert. How can you go wrong? If you love s’mores and if you love brownies, then there is no way that you won’t love these S'more Brownies even more!
