I was looking for some spring inspiration and came across this one recipe. It sounded good, but I was looking for something a little more simple (and that perhaps didn't involve frying.) Pan or otherwise.
This is a fantastically easy and equally delicious recipe. Perfect for spring!
I ended up grilling my chicken inside on my counter top grill, but this would be just as great (if not better) grilled on the the real deal.
