These dinner plans are based off of a 4 person family and include the meal plan and shopping list for your convenience.
I've also created the shopping list with the notion that you have basic spices and pantry/kitchen staples on hand. So, you'll want to double check the recipes and the shopping list to be sure that you have everything you need.

Monday: Healthified Chili Cheese Dog Bake + Fresh Veggies
Tuesday: Pesto & Chicken Tortellini Soup + Italian Side Salad
Wednesday: Cheddar Ranch Turkey Burger + Veggie Chips

Friday: Kid's Choice 'Family' Night!

Shopping List:
Healthified Chili Cheese Dog Bake:
1 (14.5 Oz. Can) Low Fat Black Bean Chili, Heated
1 (8 Oz. Can) Reduced Fat Crescent Dough
2 (1 Oz.) Cheddar Cheese Sticks
4 Lean Turkey Dogs
1 Tbsp. Light Butter, Melted
1/4 Tsp. Salt-Free Table Seasoning
1/8 Tsp. Basil
1/8 Tsp. Oregano
Pesto & Chicken Tortellini Soup:
1/2 Tbsp. Light Butter
1 Small Yellow Onion (1 C.), Chopped
8 C. Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
2 C. Water
2 Tbsp. Skinny Pesto or Light Store Bought
1 Italian Cheese Rind (Optional, but delicious!)
18 Oz. Whole Wheat Cheese Tortellini (I used Buitoni.)
8 Oz. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cooked or Grilled & Chopped
Salt & Pepper to Taste
2 C. Fresh Baby Spinach
Fresh Grated Italian Cheese (Parmesan/Grana Padano.)
Cheddar Ranch Turkey Burger:
1 1/4 Lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
2/3 C. Shredded Carrots
1/4 C. Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp. Reduced Fat Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing
2 Egg Whites
1 Tbsp. Green Onions, Chopped
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
1 Tsp. Dry Ranch Seasoning Or Store Bought Dry Mix
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Slaw:
1 1/2 C. Dry Slaw Mix
1/4 C. Reduced Fat Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing
Whole Wheat Burger Buns
Reduced Fat Cheddar Slices or American Singles
Cheesy Spinach & Kale Verde Enchiladas:

6 Oz. Stubb's Green Chile Anytime Sauce (Or more Verde Enchilada Sauce.)

1 1/2 Tsp. Taco Seasoning
8 Whole Wheat & Corn Tortillas
