We're almost to the middle of the week, and if you're anything like me the craziness is only just starting to settle in! I know that it can sometimes be a struggle to make the right decisions for a more wholesome dinner option when in the chaos of the week. That's why I like to plan ahead with my weekly menu planner and shopping list. Another thing I do is keep my pantry and fridge stocked with staples that I know, love, and trust.
With the big game still on my mind from this past weekend, my mind has been stuck in fun mode. That's always a good thing when feeding the family! Especially the little ones. One thing that my daughter loves the most (eating it anywhere from 1-3 times a week) has to be pizza. And one of my favorite things? Burgers! So, I decided to merge the two together today into one perfectly awesome and tasty fusion dinner.
A few years back I had tried a cheeseburger pizza and it was alright, but it was definitely lacking some of the bright and bold flavors that I was looking for. If you're going to call it cheeseburger pizza then it better have all that cheeseburger taste that you know and love, right? Right!
As you can see, this is one fully loaded cheeseburger pizza if ever there was one. We're talking... the cheese, the meat, pickles, tomatoes, red onions, 'secret sauce' and yes... even ketchup and mustard! After all, what's a burger without ketchup? Boring, that's what.
French's is made with in ingredients that I can feel good about feeding to my family like high quality tomatoes and real sugar. French's has also partnered with Feeding America, donating 10 million meals in 2017.
I gotta say, this Healthified Cheeseburger Pizza was pretty spectacular and I really can't wait to make it again. It truly is two of my families favorite things being combined together into one bite of awesome. Plus, it's so easy to toss together on a busy weeknight and is sure to bring the family together at the table to enjoy a new favorite.

14 Oz. Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
1/4 C. Reduced Fat Thousand Island Dressing
1 C. Reduced Fat Cheddar
1/4 Lb. Browned Extra Lean Ground Beef
1/4 C. Diced Red Onion
1/4 C. Diced Roma Tomato
A Few Sliced Pickles
Drizzle French's Ketchup

Directions:
Preheat the oven according to your pizza dough instructions; lightly coat a pizza sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
My oven was set to 450 degrees F.
Roll the dough out and place it onto the prepared pizza pan.
Top the dough with 1/4 C. thousand island dressing, followed by the 1 C. of reduced fat cheddar, 1/4 lb. cooked beef, 1/4 C. chopped red onion, 1/4 C. diced roma tomato, and pickle slices.
Place the pizza into the oven to bake for 8-12 minutes or until the crust of the pizza is starting to brown.
Remove the pizza form the oven and drizzle with the French's Ketchup and mustard.
My choice of ketchup was French's Ketchup! I found it in my local grocery store in the condiment aisle. I love that it has no GMOs, high fructose corn syrup, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. You can also find French's Ketchup at Walmart nationwide.
Slice into 8 slices and serve right away. Enjoy!
