Skinny Truffle Deviled Eggs

With the Holidays coming up quickly, I like to get a few fun appetizers in mind ahead of time. Deviled eggs are one of my staple snacks just because most people enjoy them, they're quick and easy to make, and they can be pretty impressive when you put a twist on the very classic and simple egg.

I’ve made a lot of deviled eggs in the past. Everything eggs, bacon & cheddar eggs, bloody mary eggs, jalapeño popper eggs, and even buffalo deviled eggs! Today I wanted to keep things simple with these deviled eggs while also elevating them, and truffle seemed like the best way to do that!

Truffles have a pretty distinct flavor and it’s honestly one of my favorite ‘guilty pleasures’ since it tends to be on the more spendy side of things. Truffle salt isn’t too bad. It’s rather easy to find and is an easy way to add in the flavor of truffle without it being too overpowering… like truffle oil can be. Even so, truffle will always be one of those things where a little goes a long way.

These Skinny Truffle Deviled Eggs are lightened up with the use of light mayonnaise and greek yogurt. The end result is a low carb, gluten free, keto friendly, elevated deviled egg that is perfect for any Holiday spread. Or really… for any time of year at all!

Yummy! These eggs are as impressive as they are delicious. Make them ahead of time and keep them covered and in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy.
