The weather here in Texas has been pretty amazing lately. Despite all the allergens and pollen in the air right now, the temperature is perfection. Everything is alive, plush, green, and coming back to life after a rather harsh winter. Whenever the weather starts to turn this amazing, I always start thinking about camping, even though I’m not the best camper.

This Fresh Strawberry Bundt Cake takes the cake. Seriously! This cake is DELICIOUS if I do say so myself. It is jam packed FULL of yummy strawberry flavor and nothing about it is artificial or out of a box, which makes it EVEN BETTER.

What I ended up getting for Easter was an upset stomach. Boo! Oh, well. As soon as it started to settle, I went straight into chicken noodle soup mode. My daughter’s birthday is literally just around the corner. I can’t believe I’m about to have an 11 year old. Blueberry Lemon Monkey Bread

It’s Spring and you know what that means - blueberry lemon things for days! This Blueberry Lemon Monkey Bread is pretty much the perfect Spring breakfast, brunch, or even dessert to make. Monkey bread of any kind has been one of my go-to breakfast options for years now. I think it all started when my little was actually little and monkey bread was one of those things that was easy for little fingers to grab and eat.

This monkey bread here is loaded up with big beautiful fresh blueberries and lemony goodness. It’s bright with the citrus of the lemon zest and has that hint of sweetness from the blueberries. Now, you could top this monkey bread off with some icing drizzle, but I thought it was pretty unneeded. A quick sift of some powdered sugar and some extra lemon zest and it was perfection!…
