Skinny 'Starbucks' Protein Bistro Box

What can I say? I'm a Starbucks fanatic.

I have had a serious  relationship with the Skinny Cinnamon Dulce Latte for nearly as long as I can remember. It's a lot more rare that I actually get anything to eat from there, and when I do... I always try to stick to things that are not  in that lovely 'baked goods' display case perched so blissfully next to the cashier.

No, no. I dive downward into the cooler section and avoid eye contact with those pastries as if they were Medusa herself.

One of my favorite options is their Protein Bistro Box

However, if I'm already over-paying for my coffee... I'm not always inclined to do so for my lunch as well. I can easily spend about twice as much and end up with enough for lunch all week!

Now, I know that I didn't shave too many calories off the original but I have given a lot more fruit and twice the cheese! I've packed in more protein too.

This lunch will keep you full and satisfied all the way up until dinner time.

I had a nice hot cup of green tea with a spoon of honey along side mine, which was a comforting addition since my lovely little girl has shared the wealth of her horrible cold with me.
