Talk about a twist on classics, y'all! Today I've combined two of my most favorite things together; spicy thai peanut dressing and burgers! I know it sounds crazy, but just hear me out. These burgers are wholesome, full of flavor, and so juicy. They are perfect for summer cookouts, being light enough not to weigh you down with any richness.
This is definitely a more refreshing burger with the cool crisp slaw, and yet is still filling enough to satisfy even the most empty of tummies. The secret? It's in the sauce! The peanut sauce that is. The Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce on this burger is what seals the deal for me. I like a good messy burger, especially when I'm entertaining!
I've left this recipe easy to double or triple for even larger parties, but it makes enough for 6 good sized patties as it is. I started this recipe off by creating a perfectly Thai Spicy peanut dressing using Peter Pan® Peanut Butter. I love that Peter Pan Peanut Butter has 8 grams of protein. There's a huge selection of varieties, so there’s something for everyone to love!

The burger itself is made using lean ground turkey that I loaded up with a couple of egg whites and some grated carrot. Both of those things work together to get that much needed moisture back into the turkey patty.

I found Peter Pan Peanut Butter on the same aisle with jellies, jams, and tea at my local Walmart.
