The Forking Skinny Dinner Plan (Week 14)

Below is this week's dinner plan!

These dinner plans are based off of a 4 person family and include the meal plan and shopping list for your convenience.

I've also created the shopping list with the notion that you have basic spices and pantry/kitchen staples on hand. So, you'll want to double check the recipes and the shopping list to be sure that you have everything you need.

Skinny Fork Dinner Plan (Week 14)

Monday: Crock Pot Italian Turkey Meatballs & Sauce + Noodles + Italian Side Salad
Tuesday: Chipotle & Spinach Quinoa Cakes + Steamed Asparagus
Wednesday: Leftover Turkey Meatball as Sliders + Steamed Green Beans
Thursday: Vegan Cauliflower Rice Taco Bowls
Friday: Kid's Choice 'Family' Night!
Saturday: Pizza Night!

Shopping List:

Crock Pot Italian Turkey Meatballs & Sauce:
1.25 Lbs. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
1/4 C. Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1/4 C. Grated Parmesan
1 Onion
1 Egg White
2 Tsp. Parsley
2 Tsp. Basil
8 Garlic Cloves
1 Tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
28 Oz. Crushed Tomatoes
28 Oz. Whole Peeled Tomatoes, No Salt Added

2 Oz. Reduced Fat Queso Fresco/Cojita/Feta
