Sausage Egg & Cheese Stuffed Biscuits

Who’s ready for breakfast? These Sausage Egg & Cheese Stuffed Biscuits are a fun take on a grab-and-go breakfast option that are easy to make, fun to eat, and can be made ahead of time and reheated through the week. That’s right, these are everything you’d find in a good breakfast all stuffed inside a perfectly baked biscuit!

These breakfast biscuits are also made with just a few simple ingredients. Thankfully all of those ingredients were easily swapped for slightly more health conscious options and no one will be the wiser to the lightened up take.

Really the only two swaps that I made was to use a reduced fat cheese and also a vegetarian breakfast sausage. You could also go with a lean turkey breakfast sausage if you wanted to instead, or you could also go with a low-sodium center cut bacon too!

These really are so damn good though, all the egg and cheese in there keeps the biscuit dough itself from being dry and the dough fluffs up perfectly around all of it to make it perfect for tossing into your kiddos hand in the morning on the way to school.
