I honestly believe that the Mazola Corn Oil is a huge contributor to this being a perfect cake. The Mazola Corn Oil is an all-purpose cooking oil that is a smart heart-healthy choice. My daughter, the chocolate cake Queen, gave this cake a full on 2 thumbs up! That’s a pretty big deal around this house. The Mazola Corn Oil has a very neutral taste that allows for the flavors of your food to stand out. Which in this case… is chocolate. A flavor we can all appriciate.

If you’re as crazy about cake as we are, or even if you’re not, you’re going to love this one. It’s so quick and easy to make. With just one dish and a few pantry staple ingredients. I whipped up a quick batch of homemade frosting, but any kind you fancy will work just fine on this cake, so long as it’s cooled enough!
