Skinny Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie
So the other day I ordered pizza. Yes, delivery. What? You think I eat healthy all the time? Nope! Fun Fact: I whole heartedly believe that part of eating right and healthy means that sometimes you should afford yourself splurges. Give into a craving every once in a while. …Anyway. I also grabbed a ‘cookie pizza’ and my kid sort of fell in love with it.
Today I decided to have her help me make one! Of course, the one we made is better for you already simply because it’s homemade and from scratch. Plus, the sugar is reduced and we have complete control over what’s going into it. And hey, any excuse to get her in the kitchen with me is a good one.
This Skinny Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie is suer easy to make. All in one bowl then baked in a skillet. There’s no chilling or scooping required here. Plus, it’s something that can be shred with the whole family WITHOUT all that work of individual cookies. Just bake and slice to enjoy.
Although it goes without saying, this is a few family favorite dessert.
