It’s all about ease this week as we roll into the first of the major holidays for the season. So, in the midst of my dishwashing being repaired in my very tiny kitchen, I managed to piece together these Breakfast Biscuit Cups because… tummies still need to be fed despite holidays and last minute repair work. Look guys, I’m just really hoping that I have a working dishwasher come Thanksgiving, or we all might just be using paper plates again this year. Yes, again.

For being so crazy simple and easy to make, these Breakfast Biscuit Cups are pretty impressive and they’ll go pretty quickly at the breakfast table. They reheat pretty well too with just a quick zap in the microwave or reheat in a toaster oven. Honestly? They could probably even be frozen and reheated later too.
I like to top mine off with a dash of hot sauce to add just a little spicy kick!
